Efficiency and sustainability are shaping the heating of the future. Oil and gas are increasingly being replaced by electricity as the energy driver. Gerdes produces optical and technical plastic parts for heat pumps and flow heaters in 1K and multi-component injection moulding.

All common thermoplastics are processed. The range of component weights is 10 grams - 1700 grams.

We also offer many downstream processes, such as hot stamping, digital printing, pad printing, screen printing, ultrasonic welding, milling of components and even complete assembly.
