Gerdes today

Currently, the offer of plastic injection molding includes all standard and special thermoplastics in single- and multi-component processes that can be formed in a wide range of shapes. Four well-known examples are ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), polyamide, polycarbonate and acrylic glass (PMMA). The highest quality, close cooperation with our clients, high commitment and flexibility have ultimately created the foundations for success and sustainable development. This is evidenced by, among others, constantly growing number of employees and the second production plant. Currently, 300 employees work for Gerdes, since 1997 not only in the head office in Extertal, but also in Poznań in Poland.

The focal point of all activities of Gerdes Kunststoff-Technik is Extertal. Our company was founded in 1959 and still serves as the company's headquarters. The head office has a management, sales department, production, production of tools for plastic injection molding technology and all management units gathered under one roof.
The second production plant was established in 1997 in Poznań in Poland, aiming at the goal of approaching the developing Eastern European market of plastic injection molding.  The plant manufactures injection molded plastic parts to the same high-quality standards as Exteral.
All customer inquiries are considered centrally from Exteral.
